I'm still in the battle of registering for my one psych class...I almost wish I hadn't even begun.

I attained student status, and registered for my class. BUT

now I'm being charged the rate for my old college affiliation instead of the new one, and its an extra $200. I can't afford to pay this extra, so I'm trying to work it out. I asked the office how long I would have to withdraw while being able to get a full refund, and they said no matter when I withdraw, I'll have to pay at least 20% of my full tuition!

But, I'd only be withdrawing because they are overcharging me and I can't afford to pay, the 20% comes out to a lot of money and I don't want to pay that either...

So hopefully I can get this worked out. Rutgers is so horrible sometimes. I've been trying to get into this class for a week now. I have my first lecture tonight; it better be good.
