[ if only life was simple ]

Damn. Today started out as a really great day. I managed to get up at 6:30am, still dark out, get to the Manhatten DMV and register my car. They're so efficient there it only took 30 minutes! It was the first government agency I've seen that actually functions efficiently. Maybe that's because I've been at Rutgers I just expect everything to fail.

Then I got back to work perfectly on time, with only running a little to catch the bus. Even though I only had four hours of sleep, I had a plentiful supply of tasty coffee so I didn't feel tired even once.

However, once I got to work things started to go a little awry. I can't even begin to decide how it snowballed into what it is now. All I know is that one, I need a vacation from aim and all online messaging, 2, if one more person hits on me they will either get slapped or I will become the Hulkette, and 3, I miss the fact that we don't have payday happy hour after work anymore.

That is enough. I've had a long day and its not over yet. I need to continue the drama that has become life. I kind of feel like someone's making a novel out of this, somewhere...
